Devastated Marblehead family still looking for 'Larry'
You may have seen the signs around Marblehead, asking simply, “Have you seen Larry?”
Larry is a Boston terrier whose “siblings,” Moe and Curly, along with his human family, are missing him very much.
“This is a devastating occurrence for us,” said owner Ken Perlow of Colgate Road.
Larry has been missing for about two weeks. He was last seen in the early morning hours Jan. 9 in the Devereux Beach area after running off from a nearby home, where he had been spending the night.
Larry is 6 years old, weighs about 20 pounds and is mostly black with a white line between his eyes and on his chest. He also has a white paw.
Anyone seeing Larry should not chase him, as he is a bit timid initially, but Perlow said Larry is a smart dog and would likely sit and stay if called by name.
Perlow and his family hope that a local resident might be caring for Larry and just may not know his owners are looking for him… desperately.
If anyone sees or has any information about Larry’s whereabouts, they are asked to call Perlow at 781-864-8279 or Amy Budrow at 617-590-2133.
